Did you know that Pennsylvania is the ONLY state that offers this 16 hour course absolutely free to the participant? And, provides the motorcycles, gasoline, tires, etc. Why is it free? See our first purpose – protecting ALL riders’ rights. A.B.A.T.E was instrumental in getting this very good legislation in place to encourage riders to get professional training, not only in how to ride, but also in crash avoidance techniques and proper quick stopping.
